Challenge

Oriam's unique offering to Students, Professional athletes and teams as well as a large community base means that its leisure management system must be flexible and able to adapt to its needs. Oriam was looking to address several elements including their direct debit process, student experience via online joining, app accessibility, automated emails, and more.

Although the team was aware changes needed to be made, they didn’t have the time or resources to be able to review in detail each of the systems they use as part of their LMS, the configurations and how they worked or didn’t work so well for multiple member types.

Solution

Gladstone's Business Process Review is a 2-day process that delivers a comprehensive report that provides appropriate recommendations and solutions to improve the quality of Gladstone products. The report provides operators with an understanding of their current system configuration, identifies what they currently do well and could improve on, and makes short, medium and long-term recommendations.

The Business Process Review enabled Oriam to identify specific knowledge gaps and training needs, which were then used to structure upcoming training sessions with Gladstone's Professional Services team. Feedback was given around multiple aspects that included memberships, price levels, data cleanses as well as reporting.
